To make your experience with us even more enjoyable, we encourage all customers to read this information before ordering. When ordering from Outsource Marketing you are bound by the following terms & conditions.
How to Order
All wholesale prices can be viewed & orders processed by clicking "wholesale login". Simply enter your password or if you are visiting us for the first time please register for wholesale access & upon verification we will send you a password. This process can take up to 3 working days. Outsource Marketing reserves the right to deny access or orders. Please click here to view additional trading terms & conditions.
Minimum Order
There is a $200 minimum order per transaction. Please be advised that postage fees are flat rate regardless the size of order.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required before all orders are processed & delivered.
International Orders
If you are an overseas retailer interested in our wholesale products then please contact us direct for more information.
Payment Methods
We accept order payment through the following options below:

- Cheques
We accept payment by Australian currency cheques to be addressed to "Outsource Marketing".

Old fashioned cash is always welcome!
Postage
Flat rate postage & handling fees:
$10 within Western Australia
$16.50 to all Australian states (except WA)
Express post is available at an extra cost so please contact us to arrange. All of our orders are sent by Australia Post & it is the customers responsibility to request & pay for insurance on posted items if required. No responsibility is taken for products once they are posted.
Delivery
All of our beautiful products are lovingly made to order by our designers who reside throughout Australia. We do not have bulk stock on hand to fill orders as each order is made individually for you. If there is a delay in delivery of your order you will be advised as soon as possible.
Usual order delivery time is within 4 weeks of full order payment. If you require an urgent delivery then please notify us when you place your order to discuss. If an item in your order is unavailable then we will notify you within 5 business days.
Any items that are unavailable or sold out will be noted on our website. Your order is packed securely & we endeavour to recycle packing materials where possible. Please contact us for more information if your order is to be posted internationally.
Returns
There are no refunds or returns after your order has been processed.
Faulty products may be returned by mail for replacement, repair or refund. We will happily refund your postage for the return of any faulty products. Please return faulty items securely in complete packaging to us.
Products & Pricing
All products are made in Australia by Australian artists & designers. All amounts listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Some products may vary slightly due to the nature of the products being handmade. The frame displaying the art prints is not included.
All wholesale prices include 10% GST. The recommended retail prices (RRP) include 10% GST and are per item. All material & pricing on our website is subject to change without notice. Please note that the colours of the products available may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer monitor.
To make ordering easier, the majority of our products are sold in packs.
Pocket Mirror Pack of 3 -this means that this pack contains 3 pocket mirrors of this particular design. Each pocket mirror is packaged individually and to be sold separately.
For example:
1x quantity of Pocket Mirror Pack of 3= total of 3 pocket mirrors
3x quantity of Pocket Mirror Pack of 3= total of 9 pocket mirrors
5x quantity of Pocket Mirror Pack of 3= total of 15 pocket mirrors

We aim to provide all of our customers with a secure & safe online shopping experience. Our system encodes your credit card & contact details to ensure its safe transfer to us.
